Company Profile

Established in 1987, the group is engaged in Import as well as export business for over a decade now. We are expert manufacturers and exporters of various kinds of yarns, Jari and all fabrics with all our production units based in Surat, Gujarat, India. The group was founded by a seasoned banker Shri Gokul Bakshi, who has a phenomenol history as a banker and currently also the founder-chairman of a fast growing prestigious co-operative bank in south Gujarat.

Making a very sober beginning in 1987, the group has today grown to a size to handle annual business of over US$ 40 million, which is expected to cross US$ 100 Million in the next decade. Starting with polyester yarn, the group now handles business of Nylon, Viscose, Spun, Blended, Jari,dyed & fancy yarns & woven fabric, domestic as well as exim trade. Our customers & suppliers stretch across the world from Far East to the Deep West.

All our products are generated on modern machines deploying highly technical parameters. Our goods are produced on few hi-fi & third generation machines like Tsudakoma waterjet machines, barmeg/reiter technology texturising machines & murata twisting machines. We have equivalent capacity to meet the ever growing demand of our products. Research & Development are a vital part of our ever growing endeavors & we have earmarked separate machines for newer creations too.
