We own a sound and state-of-the-art infrastructure that enables us dispatch orders successfully within predetermined time period. Our well-equipped production wing has empowered us to produce a capacity of 800,000 pieces. We emphasize immensely on minute things such as needle, thread, color, yarn used and texture etc. We have personified modern day technology in our manufacturing unit that has resulted in improving the overall quality of our garment line.
Some of the machines, which we have installed, are: Steam boiler, Compacting machine, Stenter machine, Dyeing plant, Bleaching plant, Yarns and fiber dying plant, Feed of the arm, Double needle machine, Cutting and sewing machines. Additionally, our embroidery and knitting units namely as M/s Akchaya Designs with 20 heads ably produce 2500 pieces at once and M/s. Akchaya Cotton Knits encompasses six imported machines that are capable to manufacture 3600 kgs.

All our apparels are checked in terms of: Dyeing, Bleaching, Printing, Unevenness, Foreign fibers, Shrink resistance. After all the garments are subjected through various tests after which they are suitably stored to retain its original look.

Further, we ensure that our warehouse is kept safe from the harmful insect attacks and so to assure this it is fumigated from time to time.
