| S-105 Newest mechanical eyelet buttonhole machine model, AMF REECE |
This new machine is combining proven sewing functions of our S-104 and S-101 machines with new improved mechanisms. The result is an optimization of:

Machine stitches with or without gimp thread and is available in adjustable fly bar model with top thread trimming. It is capable of sewing straight or eye buttonholes with open end and fly bar finish. When required the gimp thread size 10 and higher can be used. The buttonhole cutting can be quickly changed from cut before (CB) to cut after (CA) or to no cut. The S-105 is the only AMF Reece mechanical eyelet buttonhole machine that is supplied with submerged sewing head. This feature allows the operator to handle the garment more ergonomically and also helps to reduce the machine noise level that is at the same level like our electronic eyelet buttonhole machine S-311 and the lowest among all our mechanical eyelet machines. However if required it can be supplied without embedded sewing head as well. The buttonhole adjustments such as buttonhole type, cutting selection, eye shape are very easily and quickly adjusted by levers and knobs. As other AMF Reece mechanical eyelet buttonhole machines the S-105 uses semi-automatic lubrication system, revolutionary stop motion and has aluminum bedplate as used on S-104. All parts used in the clamping area have chromium surface treatment. Also all parts used in the S-105 machine are in metric sizes including the loppers and spreaders. |
