The fine Egyptian cotton yarn produced at Almatex is used by manufacturers of very high quality shirts, sheets, home fabrics and special needs fabrics. Almatex has the flexibility to adjust its production to meet the specific requirements of the customers.
The cotton yarns produced are in the English count range, 30 to 80s, single and twisted (TFO). Yarn counts up to 100s are also produced.
Customers get their requirements when they enter into a contract with Almatex.
FINE COUNTS
Sadat City factory is specialized in the production of high quality fine counts (between NE 40 and NE 120) Egyptian 100% cotton yarn which is required for fine quality shirts, bed sheets and dresses. Output is almost entirely directed to the export markets with key customers
located in Italy, France, Turkey, Portugal, Germany, Spain, Latvia and UAE.
