ASGARD EXPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED (AEPL) is part of a large group of companies from Karur and Chennai who are pioneers of home textiles & garments manufacturing for the last 20 years with vast experience and strong financial background capable of handling huge orders.

Our collective business comprises Manufacturing of Garments, home textiles and made-ups, Manufacturing of polythene and distribution of liquefied gas etc., with combined annual turn over of around USD 3.4 MILLIONS.

Fabrication :
We have a modern factory to do all our fabrication at Chennai with imported machines, trained manpower and experienced master Craft's men to look after entire production. So, quality is our strength.

Our Product Range :
CURTAINS: Tab top curtains, shower curtains, norens, window topper etc., in jacquards, printed voile with embroidery applique & bead works etc.

BED AREA: Bed linen, bed skirts, duvet, pillowcases, netted with intricate hand appliques, quilts, embroideries & prints etc.

KITCHEN AREA: Aprons, gloves, potholders, lunch mats, runners, rugs, napkins, kitchen towels, cushion covers etc., in different range of fabrics & style.

SHOPING BAGS: Quilted duffle bag, tote bag, petite, wallet, ditty bag, back pack, canvas shopping bags, carry bags with printed , hand embroidered & beaded works etc.,

GARMENTS : Mens boxer shorts, mens S/S & I/S shirt , cargo pant , payjama set, quilted jackets, kids wear etc.,

Production :
To ensure timely production with best quality we procure best quality yarn & do our own dyeing, warping etc., and approve samples before bulk production. Fabric will be checked thoroughly and every care will be taken by our production/quality supervisors to see the products are as per specification.

Our production manager is to ensure proper care at every stage of the production process, quality product is within our reach since our factory is located at Chennai.

Quality :
Our consistent policy in setting our standards in our quality is with stringent quality checks from procurement to packing.

When fabric is produced our QC will check design, width reed/pick, weaving faults etc., before it reaches our stores. Our checkers do fold by fold inspection, measurement to ensure quality, infact quality is not nearly a buzz word but it is an inherent part of our work culture and every stage of production process is monitored by our QC to ensure that our client get nothing but the best.
