General Technical Features: Two indipendent sides with 6000 mm. long swifts, uniform differential cross reeling with the possibility to modify both the width and the type of cross, istantaneous stop when one end breaks and when the machine is ready to doff, maximum speed 550 RPM by inverter, hydraulic automatic opening end closing of the swifts, circumference from 1500 to 1850 mm, hank width from 80 to 500 mm, any crossing ratio can be obtained, incorporated or independent feeding creel, stainless steel bars of the swifts, electronic counters and tachometers, a doffing device for the hanks is incorporated in the machine.
Automatic Knotter: A double knotter per side, maximum hank width from 150 to 220 mm, electronic controls, the knotting cycle commences automatically at the end of the reeling operation the length of the lease-band can be adjusted from 3 to 4 times the width of the hank, different hanks can be knotted without re-setting the machine, after knotting the cut tails are removed pneumatically, pneumatic release of the yarn, suitable for wool, mixed wool and cotton, possibility to have a electronic control of the machine through PLC.
