Thermoplastic Adhesive Films

Thermoplastic adhesives films can be referred as, heat seal adhesives, hot-melt films and thermo-sensitive films.

Bemis polyurethane, nylon, polyester, polyolefi n and vinyl based formulas adhere to virtually any substrate including fabrics, foams, plastic sheets, composites and multiple layer combinations. Depending on the strength of the bond required and the environmental conditions you can select the best formula for your application. A variety of gauges and softening temperatures allow our films to work well with your equipment and in your manufacturing process. These films contain no VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds) making them safe and easy to use.

Sewfree ®

Sewfree® is a soft, highly elastic adhesive film designed exclusively for apparel applications to replace stitched seams. Sewfree® has been proven in designs for intimate apparel, technical outerwear, active wear, casual wear and swimwear. We offer a wide variety of products, which are environmentally friendly and have varying softening points from 75°C (167°F) to 130°C (266°F).
