Customer service is our vision. R&R lab aims at full fledged customer satisfaction. Reports are generally issued with in three working days. Emergency services are also available for certain tests. Test reports can be faxed emailed or sent by courier. R&R lab also provides quality inspection services at various stages garment production till the final audit.

R&R lab provides comprehensive guidance and training facilities. Technical help and assistance is provided for management staff & students a like. It provides analysis & variance on different process development from yarn to finished garments with meticulous suggestions exploring best possible alternatives. TEXTILE INSPECTION

Complete inspection and Quality control services provided to assure product quality and process efficiency of the product and manufacturing process. Following services will be provided in accordance with all applicable sampling methods and requirements of the Client.

Our Textile Inspection Divisions includes,
1. Fabric Inspection
2. Pre Production Inspection
3. Initial Production Inspection
4. Mid Production Inspection

6. Final Random Inspection

FABRIC INSPECTION

Fabric Inspection shall be performed on grey / finished on woven / knits based on 10 point / 4 point systems as per the requirement and expectation of the buyer.

PPI- PRE PRODUCTION INSPECTION

This Inspection shall be performed on the size set.  It includes verification of garments for size measurement conformity against specified measurement and the workmanship Quality.  It also includes verification of accessories, style, color and appearance.  Sample Size & Measurement:  Minimum 3 pieces per size/style.

IPI-INITIAL PRODUCTION INSPECTION

This inspection shall be performed at the initial stage of production where 20 to 50 pieces are ready and verified against almost all-contractual specifications like measurement, accessories, workmanship, style, color, appearance and quality of the fabric.

Size & Measurement:  Minimum 20-50 pieces covering all sizes/ Minimum 3 pieces per size.

MPI-MID PRODUCTION INSPECTION

This inspection shall be performed at the stage of production where 25 to 50% of the ordered quantity covering all colors and sizes are ready and see that initial discrepancies have been duly attended and correctives measures has been implemented and also checked for measurement and workmanship. 

Size & Measurement:  Based on Reduced level 1, AQL as advised by principal/Minimum 3 pieces per size or 15% of the sample size.

FRI-FINAL RANDOM INSPECTION

Final random inspection shall be performed after production and packing but before delivery.  Random inspection shall be performed according to international standards like ISO/ASQC/ANSI etc. It covers all requirements of the buyer in addition to the defects found during the Mid Production Inspection and Initial Production Inspections. Apart from the above, inspections shall be performed as per individual buyer’s specifications. Before starting the Inspection Inspector has to receive the declared packing list with all furnished details like shipping marks, net weight, gross weight, carton measurement etc. Size & Measurement:  Based on ANSI / ASQC II    AQL as advised by principal/Minimum 3 pieces per size or 15% of the sample size.

QUALITY MONITORING

This kind of inspection shall be performed where principals required that production at their vendor place to be monitored regularly either every day/alternate day depends on the Style and quantity, where our quality team will be there at the production place and monitor the production by function irrespective of weather it’s a line/batch production and regularly reporting to the representative and factory in charge about the Developments, corrective actions/ improvements and over all progress, it’s start with IPI and continues till FRI(Pre final).
