Established in the late 1980’s, Bhanu Dyes Pvt Ltd is an expert and the largest manufacturer of sulphur black grains/powder of strength Br-160%, Br-180%, Br-200%, Br-220%, Br-240%. We started production of Sulfur Dyes in 1989 at our plant located in Jaipur. We shifted our manufacturing base to Jhagadia, Gujarat in 2006.
Since 1998, we are manufacturing the products under Technical Collaboration with JAMES ROBINSON LIMITED, UK (JR). Our products are of international standards and we have created a niche for our products in many developed countries. Our products are of world class quality and reach to international markets owing to their long achieved recognition within this field, worldwide. We export more than 5000 MT/year of our Liquid Sulphur Blacks to France, Israel, South Korea, South Africa, Taiwan, Bangladesh, Morocco, Turkey etc. Perhaps, we are the only exporters of Liquid/grains Sulphur Black from India. We export our Sulphur Black Grains BR 240% to BASF, UK, apart from other customers.
We are proud to state that we have also demonstrated superiority of our products to some of the most reputed clients in the domestic market in India to such as - Raymond Mills, Yavatmal; Century Denim, Satrati-Indore; K.G.Denim Coimbatore; Bhaskar Denim, Bhopal; Premier Mills, Hosur; Malwa Mills, Ludhiana; Oswal Denim, Lalru-Punjab; Rainbow Denim, Lalru-Punjab; Ankur Textiles (Division of Arvind Mills), Ahmedabad; Mafatlal Burlington, Surat; Ginni International, Neemrana ; Laxmi Cotsyn, Kanpur; Jindal Denim, Ahmedabad; Arvee Denim, Ahmedabad.
We have also got a control union certification of all our products. Among other inherent advantages, one of the main ones is that Chemieorganic Chemicals (I) Pvt. Ltd. and Bhanu Dyes Pvt. Ltd are sister concerns, where-in the main raw material, 2,4 DNCB is supplied by pipeline to Bhanu from Chemie. Furthermore, Bhanu also gets caustic soda from a nearby unit by pipeline. This saves transportation costs for 2 key raw materials. And hence, we are able to offer the most competitive prices to our clients.
