The company’s market spectrum is 70% mid to high end segment and 30% mid segment.

BHA – Bharat Home Accessories – Established in 1986

• Production facility with over 100 single needle machines and a quilting machine
• Product capability includes:
• Bed sets, quilt covers, comforters, curtains, cushion covers, bolster covers, table covers and other decorative articles.

BTPL - Bharat  Tissus  Pvt Ltd – Established in 1995

• Fully integrated textile facility from spinning, weaving (silk and silk blends), dyeing and printing (Silks, silk blends and other fabric qualities)
• An array of shuttle less and power looms that afford the right balance to handle fine to coarser yarns.
• Fabric qualities include jacquards, dobbies, satins, dupions, etc.
• Unique and exquisite hand printing capabilities essayed by craftsmen endowed with the legacy of their forebears.

Design and Development studio under the leadership of a pool of trained and talented designers, the Group’s established innovation and design strength an eloquent testimony to their talent and creativity.

BFA  - Bharat Fashion Apparel Pvt Ltd – Established in 2002.

• Garmenting facility with a total of 250 single needle and specialized machines to aid in production of top quality, needle-work intensive and intricately styled apparel such as: Cocktail dresses, jackets, blouses, skirts, trousers, etc
• 18 units of 18 head embroidery machines which more than adequately cater to the Group’s embroidery and embellishing needs

COCOON  Apparel  Pvt  Ltd – Established in 2006

• The Group’s latest venture
• State of the art Garmenting facility with 350 single needle and specialized machines to aid in production of top quality, needle-work intensive and intricately styled apparel such as:

Bridal wear, Cocktail dresses,  Evening wear,  Jackets, blouses, skirts, trousers, formal work wear (suits) ,etc

• Unique, Modular System of production,  designed to afford effortless ease in handling low volume orders with equal efficiency as high volume orders thus proffering the enormous advantage of flexibility to the customer
• Versatility in product profiling - Non product  specific manufacturing capability

FUTURE PROJECTS:

• 500 machine apparel production facility exclusively for blouses and tops to be commissioned in mid 2007
• 650 machine apparel production facility exclusively for bottoms, to be commissioned in mid 2007

Production in both the above facilities will apply the Modular Production System.
