The Certificate in Management is an internationally recognised programme that is designed to enable supervisors and team leaders to learn and perform their role more thoughtfully and more effectively.

The design of the programme provides a sound basis for managers who wish to develop further and take higher level management and business programmes, such as the Diploma in Management Studies, Marketing, Quality, or Project Management.

The CMS is also the first step towards a Masters qualification, with a clear pathway on to the Diploma in Management Studies DMS, and then on to the MBA or other Masters.
