Benefits for Overseas Enterprises in the CIGF

Official policy

As per the recent policy advocacy, Dalian local government is poised to subsidize foreign enterprises who wish to locate its trade center and design center in Dalian. Also the process of administration in land planning is simplified. Preferential employment benefits & education for their relatives are some of the major criteria changes.

Dalian Customs will provide foreign exhibitors with 6-month extensive exhibition permit in the appointed department stores. A full service system offers three months tracking service after the exhibition.

Service policy

Salient features are mainly one-stop service which including: customs declaration, shipping order, storing, delivering act alongwith competitive price in space renting , semi-closed area in the exhibition hall, trade-talks room and free-of-charge news conference National media channels would be invited to do promotional activities of international lead brands apart from free logistics at the exhibition. Post exhibition, services include customised tracking system for three months for brand promtion. Also cataloging the intention of demand and cooperation for overseas exhibitors and traders, systemizing the recommendation for self-run foreign brands in targeting smoothly with small investment. Each overseas exhibitors will be offered a translator for free. (English, Japanese and Korean). Exhibitor representatives will be offered a free-of-charge tour service in Dalian
