Delite Apparels Pvt. Ltd. is a full service company, based in kundli, Haryana, India. The location is just near border of Delhi, which is the capital city. Providing world class quality garments, the garment unit is a specialized dress pant factory. It makes the offering of Delite Apparels complete and vertical. Fabric is the core business of our company. We are importing woven and knitted fabrics from China, Taiwan and Korea. The products include cotton, polyester, Blend, Ramie and Linen.

To comply with standard infrastructure obligations, we provide a good, clean working environment and all basic amenities, such as first aid facilities, and canteen facility for workers and staff to have meals.
We realize the importance of developing new styles and offering flexibility to our customers on the type of trousers they desire. For this purpose we have set up a separate line for our sampling. We have planned automation for better productivity, efficiency and consistency in quality. Automation includes automatic pocket welting machine from Juki, automatic loop attachment machine from Hams-Juki, bar-tag, eye-let button hole, button attachment and under built trimmer machine from Juki. To ensure high quality in finishing we are using legger and topper press from Nagai Shing.
We basically specialize in production of formal Trousers, P/V blending suiting, P/V with wool Blends, Poly wool, Polyester & Micro Blends. The per annum capacity of producing / formal trousers is 0.75 million with 160 machines in production floor. The capacity of garment factory is backed by our fabric sourcing form overseas and within India.
Quality
Our philosophy is to leave no stone unturned to ensure flawless quality garments. Quality is critical in terms of both visual defects and measurement conformance for every trouser. To ensure that quality is maintained in all trousers manufactured at Delite Apparels we employ the following system:
Fabric is received with a QC report on the Physical performance parameters of the fabric. We inspect 100% of the fabric for visual flaws and flag all defects on the fabric. Fusing Shrinkage is determined for each fabric and the suitable fusing material and fusing conditions are determined for each fabric. One size set is made from the pattern for every style and approved by QA for measurement, workmanship and style. Every marker is checked for all parts being present and that all parts are of the right size and shape. After cutting the layer all parts are checked for conformance to the pattern. At the fusing stage tests are done at the beginning of every session of work. Numbering of parts and bundles are then made and checked before issuing to the sewing, section.
In the Sewing line there are in Process Quality Control systems. There are four stations where there is 100% inspection of the parts. There is one roaming QC monitoring for every 20 machine operators with the sewing line. We have end line checking of every non-pressed pant before finishing. The goods are pressed and given a final check for presentation, measurement and any other visible flaws. Then they are Ticketed and packed as per instructions with the final warehouse inspection.
