DyStar has its headquarters in Frankfurt Germany and about 34 sales companies in key textile markets world wide while it is represented in another 50 countries through agencies. It has 24 own manufacturing facilities in 14 different countries. DyStar is an extremely quality conscious supplier with very strict quality and ecological parameters. With DyStar products it is possible to meet the requirements of Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and similar ecological standards without problem. Consumers can be confident that textiles dyed or printed with DyStar dyes do not put them at risk.
It invests about 3-4% of its sales in research and development. DyStar strives towards producing innovative products and processes which improve quality, cut costs and reduce environmental impact. It has products for all type of textile substrates and an expert local team who can give recommendations on the optimum process parameters that may be followed under different conditions. DyStar was the first company which has come out with a luminous reactive dyestuff for cotton.
DyStar cooperates with leading companies at all stages in the textile chain, including machinery manufacturers, fibre producers and retailers through its subsidiary Color Solutions International. Color Solutions International (CSI), North Carolina, USA, is the leading supplier of colour standards for the textile chain. Its customers are retail organizations, like Wal-mart, Kohl’s, Adidas Puma, Liz Claiborne etc. that have textiles manufactured around the world. CSI supports customers in the implementation of colour standards, assures constant quality, reducing the lead times for production. Through CSI, DyStar has broader access to the textile industry and is involved in new trends at an early stage. |
