Order Verification
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an e-mail mentioning the details about your order. The details will include the details of the purchase, the cost of the item and shipping charges, shipping address and the billing address.
You are required to reconfirm your order by pressing the “submit” button to this verification email. It is compulsory to reply to the verification email to confirm your order.
Order Acceptance
As soon as you fulfil the order verification process, you will receive an e- mail form e-store marketing division accepting your order and providing you with the order transaction number. You can use this number to communicate, in all your further communications related to this order.
Shipping Charges
The shipping charges associated with every purchase will be displayed at the time of making the purchase separately. In some cases the shipping charges may already be included in the price of the item and may not be displayed separately.
Delivery Places & Time
We normally ship all across the world. But in few cases we may not ship to all the countries. For detail kindly check the shipping location page associated with every individual transaction.
The normal shipping period will be 3-4 weeks. Customised CD orders are shipped separately.
Your order will reach you through courier as per their normal delivery period depending on the delivery address.
Shipping Address
In order to provide good service and timely & efficient deliveries, please give us your correct pin-code in the shipping address of the Registration Form.
Also, it is very important for us to have your contact number, so please give us your correct phone number while registering. The Billing Address must match the credit card details, incase you choose credit card as your payment option.
Return Policy
Incase you need to return the goods due to any unforeseen circumstances, send us a message through our feedback section, informing us of the reason along with the Order no. and we will revert to you. In any other circumstance we do not entertain any refund or exchanges unless the item is defective.
The refund of the goods in all cases will be done only for the goods bought from e-store of fibre2fashion.com Along with the returned goods please send us the address label on the consignment packet received by you. Please send us an email informing of your exact query before sending any items back.
