Essegibi S.p.A., 95% held by Banca Italease S.p.A. and 5% by Centro Leasing S.p.A., came into being in December 1997 to manage matters relating to the management of property that Banca Italease finances and property which comes back into its possession as a result of non performing leasing contracts.Today Essegibi fulfils the same service among many italian banks and leasing companies.
