About the Show

With more than 300 exhibitors, TITAS 2008 (Taipei Innovative Textile Application Show) will unfold latest innovative collections on October 15-17. The show will feature high added-value fibers, yarns, fabrics as well as the best of OEM/ODM apparel and accessories. Leaders from the world’s textile-related companies and all the leading organizations will meet with their local counterparts to explore further business possibilities. The concept for TITAS – “F4+1: from Fibers to Fabrics for Fashion plus Functions + Full package services” – is to focus on the flexibility and quick response of Taiwan’s textile industry which set them apart from others, making them the optimal choice in looking for an ideal business partnership. The purpose of the seminar is to expand subject matter knowledge, enhance the role of Taiwan as an engine of regional trade in cotton textiles and expand the visibility of the ICAC in East Asia. It is expected that from 80 to 100 people will participate in the seminar, including international participants.

In addition, the leading organization in cotton production and trade information - International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC) - will be holding a seminar on “Expanding Trade on Cotton Textiles” during the same period.
