TITAS 2008 will be held on October 15-17 at Taipei World Trade Center, showcasing the latest products of around 300 exhibitors worldwide in 520 booths. In addition to the long standing supporters of TITAS from Taiwan such as Formosa Chemicals & Fibre, Nan-Ya Plastics, Far Eastern Textiles, Formosa Taffeta, Taiwan Paiho, etc., Lealea Group will be participating with an expansive space and Tri Ocean Textile will be rejoining the show after a long intermission, a proof of TITAS’s role as a networking platform for textile industry.

Among the heavyweight overseas exhibitors at TITAS 2008, Omikenshi, a Japanese innovative textile company known for its flame-retardant rayon fibers, is a newcomer for the show. Much attention is expected to the newest product collection of the company. Overseas Taiwanese enterprises are showing support to TITAS as well. Taiwanese Business Association from Indonesia will organize a large delegation to present their latest products and to look for collaboration opportunities with domestic manufacturers. It will surely stimulate more business interactions between overseas Taiwanese companies and their local counterparts.
