This machine has adopted straight reciprocating circulation style. It uses frequency control, contraposition accurate, easy to operate. It has advantage in high productivity effect and fully enclosed producing; the flocking powder is enclosed in the flocking box and will not fly out of the box, it needs the least operating staff and the contraposition is accurate, also the rate of finished products is high.

The flocking and printing machine can do flocking and printing simultaneous. The work location has ten, fourteen, eighteen, twenty-two, twenty-six etc. It can also design and produce according to your request. From adhesive smear to the flocked goods can finish in the machine one-off. When flocking and printing simultaneous, it can configure flash heat device.

This control segment of this machine adopt control panel, PLC control, can demonstrate each single working procedure active status of the entire technical process on the control desk. It actualized human-machine interface really. This machine is manual automatic integrative. Each work location can work alone and also be possible linked. It can install according to the customer′s request. The control segment can finish by switchboard, it also have manual and automatic. The major component of this machine adopt import element so the operational reliability is higher and the service life is longer.

According to characteristic of this machine, configuring the fast accurate positioning system specially saved the localization time. The standard flocking area of the machine is 40×60（cm）it can be ordered according to your request. Such as 51×70(cm)，60×90(cm)，80×100(cm),etc. Adhesive smear system is automatic completely, the quantity of the adhesive can adjust, and the water adhesive, the greasy adhesive and the printing ink may all realize automatic producing.
