Product Expertise
- On its own facilities, FLORTEXTIL mainly produces polo shirts, sweat shirts, t-shirts, pants, dresses, jackets, etc. It works with fabrics such as jersey, piqué, fleece (American/Italian), polar toweling, interlock, rib, among others, using all type of fibers (natural and manufactured) available on market.
Equipment and Capacity
- FLORTEXTIL occupies an area of 2500 m2 and has a monthly production capacity of 80.000 to 120.000 pieces. Normally It executes production orders in four weeks and collection orders in three weeks.
Aware to the new technologies, FLORTEXTIL constantly upgrades itself with cutting-edge technology. It is equipped with CAD/CAM system, an overhead conveyor system used in manufacturing process, an automatic wrapping/packaging machine and fabrics inspection machines.
