Located in vaniyambadi, a town famous for leather industry, hijaz leathers own a state of the art tannery with a team of 200 dedicated workers, producing finished leathers for garments, gloves and hand bags.
Hijaz leathers produce 7 million square feet of finished leather per annum. Their star product is the glove leathers which has earned great appreciation from European and far eastern buyers. The secret behind this quality is the selection of fine grained hair sheep skins suitable for the glove maker. Adopting the most modern technology in converting these skins into the finest leather for gloves.
Exploiting their strength, hijaz leathers have started making quality fashion gloves. They went on a global hunting of skills and appointed Korean and Philippines technicians for training their manpower. Now they possess the best of glove makers.
Our designers have a lust to design new models for different markets. The cutters have a skill to apply austerity during cutting. The sewers are experts in selecting the right seam at the right place to add fashion and fitting. The people at the finishing section are more worried about the aesthetics and the look.
