Acid cellulase UTA-8

Product Introduction

Acid Cellulase UTA-8 is liquid cellulase, which is made by the introduced technology from the United States, it is formulated by concentrated fermentation. Widely used for removing fuzz and polishing of fabrics made of cotton, ramie, ragon and their blended fabrics.

Product Features

The most important feature of the product is that the colour change’s little after treatment. It is extensively used to remove fuzz ends of all types of natural cellulase fabrics to achieve the polished effect. The treated goods will be brighter, softer and more smooth. Acidic Cellulase UTA-8 can save both the processing time and save energy.

Application Conditions

• Activity : 8400 Iu/ml.
• Dose: 0.5～1.0%
• Liquid ratio: 5～15
• Temperature: 45～55℃
• Process time: 20～45minutes
• Liquid pH: 4.5-5.0, optimum pH range is 4.5-4.8.

Inactivation process

1. Adjust the pH of water to to 9.0 with sodium bicarbonate and temperature is heated to 80℃ and keep 10min at least. Washed twice then to next processes.
2. treat with bleach

Package

Standard package is 30kg per plastic barrel.

Storage

Kept in cold, dark and dry environment with temperature below 25 drgee C without direct sunlight. The product is guaranteed to retain the specified level of activity for 6 months when kept under 25 drgee C in the original sealed containers.

Cautions

The product is formulated for textile processes and can not be used in feed and food industries. During operation, please avoid contact of the product with mucous membrane or skin. Please wash the contacted area excessively by dear water if accidentally exposed. Neutral Cellulase UTA66 (Powder)

Product Introduction

Neutral Cellulase UTA99 is a cellulase product from fermentation using a genetically engineered microbial strain developed by the Hunan Youtell Biochemical, LTD. It is environmentally friendly, highly efficient, and low back-staining cellulase product that functions in broad pH and temperatures ranges.

Product Appearance and Solubility

• Appearance: White or off-white powder (The color may vary batch to batch but will not affect the performance).
• Solubility: Completely soluble in 40oC water.

Product Characteristics

• Used for “stone-wash” of jeans, offering high contrast texture patterns with low back-staining,
• Broad pH range, normally no pH adjustment necessary,
• Can be used alone or in combination with pumice stones.

Application Conditions

• Enzyme dosage: 1.0 – 2.5% (owf – the amount of enzyme over garments)
• Liquid ratio: 1:5 – 1: 15 (garments over liquid)
• Temperature: 40 -60°C
• Time: 30 – 90 min (depending on garment properties and other conditions)
• pH value: Normally not pH adjustment is necessary (If the pH falls out of pH 6.5-7.8, use acetic acid or sodium carbonate to adjust the pH)

Inactivation

1. Raise the pH to 9.0 – 9.5 with sodium carbonate or temperature to 70oC for at least 15 min
2. Use bleach to wash

Other Attentions

The product can only be used for textile and apparel processing. Minimize dust and avoid contact to skin and mucous. If accidently contacted, rinse with water thoroughly. Product Storage

The product can be stored in sealed original bags for 12 months under 25°C, free of direct sun light.

Package

The product is packed in 20 kg paper bags. Customer package can also be arranged.
