Machinery & Equipments

Spinning Mill: All of our spinning machinery is from Rieter of Switzerland, comprising of Rieter Blowroom: UNIfloc; UNIclean, UNImix and UNIflex; Carding; Drawframe; UNIlap; Combing and Roving machine and automatic doffing ring spinning machine. The spinning mill also has Schlafhort winding machine (Germany); Uster equipment (Switzerland, US) and fully automatic Luwa air conditioning system (Switzerland).

Weaving Mill: The main machinery in the weaving shed are made by Ben – Direct Warping and Ben – Sizectec sizing machines, Picanol Rapier Looms (GTX – 6 – R190) and Air Jet Looms (OMNI – 4 – R190; DELTA – 2 – P190) (Belgium); fabric inspecting machine; Automatic measuring and plaiting machine; Motocono winding machine (Germany) and Luwa air conditioning equipment (Switzerland).
