'Comparative Study report of some reactive dye in exhaust
and padsilicate method'
For system setting in reactive dye following variable factor
we have to observe:
1) Machine
2) Substrate
3) Electrolyte
4) Water
5) Chemical Auxiliaries
6) Selection of dyes
7) Process selection
Here in bottom all lab trails we are concentrating more on
Process selection and selection of dyes only. Each series of reactive dye shows
excellent result in different section of textile so totally dye selection
entirely depends upon us which series will be suitable for any working shop
floor condition. This study has been done on cotton twill woven fabric which
does not mean it is final conclusion but it is just shows that process selection and selection of dye is very important. Take only expert view only.
We have selected following dyes for our trail:-
1) Reactive C.I Blue-21
2) Reactive C.I Black 5
3) Reactive RFT series dye
i. For Reactive C.I
Blue 21 trail process
Lab Trail done:
Substrate: Cotton Twill
quality
Count: 20 cotton count.
Dye selected: Corazol T Blue G (Reactive
C.I Blue 21)
Exhausted Dyeing % shade selected: 1%
owf.
Cold Pad Batch (Silicate process) gram per litre of Reactive
C.I Blue 21 selected:-10 gpl (Without Salt and with glauber salt 10 gpl also).
Batching time selected: 16 hour and 32 hour.
In cold pad- batch process sometime batch rotation time is
increased from 16 hour to more than 24 hour. It is really very interesting to
see whether result is affected.
