For Export Market
Eligible Criteria
1. For Manufacture Exporter &
Merchant Exporter
Without following
information Manufacture Exporter & Merchant Exporter can not get Handloom
Mark.
- Based on last
year production/sale statement duly signed by a Chartered Accountant.
- Submit the source
of supplies and quantities of hand woven fabrics.
- Produce the
average consumption per garment / made-up articles
2. For Merchant Exporter
Following fields are
mandatory for merchant exporter.
- Based on last
year production/sale statement duly signed by a Chartered Accountant.
- Submit the
source of supplies and quantities of hand woven fabrics.
- Produce the
average consumption per garment / made-up articles
Conclusion:
Handloom Mark Scheme allows duty
credit facility @ 2.50% of the FOB value of exports
to 50% of the export turnover of notified products such as value added fish
& leather products, stationary items, fireworks, sports goods, Handloom
products bearing Handloom Mark and Handicraft items. This way, it is helpful to handloom
exporters. Moreover, it will increase authenticity and justification of prices
of handloom products.
