The fourth edition of "Texcellence '09", a conference focused on textile and allied sector was hosted in Ahmedabad between November 13^th -14^th at the premises of the Ahmedabad Management Association, which was attended by a host of dignitaries from the government as well as the private sector.

Dr. Seshadri Ramkumar from Texas Tech University shared his views on Opportunities in Technical Textiles. He started his presentation with a remarkable point that Technical Textiles & Nonwoven sectors offer enormous growth opportunities for the Indian Textile Industry and presented his view with some examples.
