Graça Maria Barbosa Soares

Graça Maria Barbosa Soares acquired her degree in Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Vigorous quest for knowledge in Textiles led her to further complete her Masters and PhD in Textiles. Expertise, clarity, and modesty arising from confidence have guided her throughout the 22 years of her teaching experience. Currently Graça is works as an Assistant Professor of Textile Engineering Department, University of Minho, Portugal.

Graça shares her knowledge through authoring many publications about Textiles including “Preparation of silk fibroin–poly(ethylene glycol) conjugate films through click chemistry”, “Studies on the biotransformation of novel disazo dyes by lacase”, etc
