Hemanth acquired his B.E., and M.B.A. His career path is versatile with 2yrs Software Development and Training experience, 5.5 years Fashion marketing, Apparel Retailing and Software in NIFT, Chennai and Bangalore, and 2 yrs experience in Software Training-MIS, ERP, UNIX operating system, and Java 2.0. Presently, he is working as a trainer in Retail, and software for MBA.

Hemanth is an optimistic and confident person, who believes in learning through travelling. He is a keen observer of nature, interested in music & magazines, and surfing.
