Mr. C.N. Sivaramakrishnan, is a textile consultant who brings with him a great deal of first-hand experience in the processing Industry. A BSC (tech) from UDCT, he has 25 years of experience with various processing houses.

He is one of the recipients of the SANDOZ essay contest in the year 1978, the title was PRACTICAL PROBLEMS IN THE PROCESSING OF POLYESTER AND ITS BLENDS. A member of Society of Dyers and Colourist {SDC }, Textile Assciation, he has widely travelled in India and abroad presenting papers In various Indian and international conferences. He has also conducted various training programmes in Tirupur, Salem, Madural, Panipat, Ludhiana and Cannanore on various subjects. Presently, he is a technical advisor to a leading business house, who are in the field of specialty chemicals for textile, pulp and paper chemicals and effluent treatment chemicals. He is also the Business Development Service Provider to the Textile Committee( Ministry of Textiles) and a visiting faculty at the UICT { Formerly UDCT }, for final year B.Tech and M.tech students. Currently, he is working on environmental related issues, both for textile and paper industries.
