First, we sent our offer to our buyer & then send them our samples with complete detail for there presentation & after getting their confirmation, we send our pro-forma invoices for opening the L/C & the L/C is transfer to our supplier by us.

Also this clause includes in the terms & conditions that the quality inspection certificate would be issued by our company ( INTERNATIONAL TEXTILE SOURCES ) because we are working with you as an agent & we are responsible for every thing.

 
Furthermore, we ship the goods within 15 to 20 days after opening the L/C & the whole process of shipping & loading the goods accomplish by our reliable shipping companies & the documents dealing is done through bank to bank as we apply this process with our other customers.
