The biggest challenge that the weaving industry faces is high price

Which blends in organic fabrics are trending in the domestic and export markets? What challenges do you come across in manufacturing and exporting yarns and fabrics?

Blends in cotton, modal and polyester are working well both in the domestic and global markets. At our loom, the running capacity for organic fabric is 30 per cent. Demand for organic fabric is growing by three to four per cent. According to industry norms, organic fabrics used for home textiles constitute 10 to 12 per cent of the segment.
