Work directly with Brands to obtain specification and forecast.
When forecasted, review and ensure this is communicated effectively to Planning/ Account Management.
If specification isn't possible obtain recommendation to determine contractors use to provide lead to BHK.
Introduce/sell new products.
Coordinate new programs- OT, SRT.
Focus on markets/prospects outside the Tech Outerwear Market (Footwear, Work wear, Industrial wear, Government).
Specify Bemis products w/brands.
Provide regular reporting of sales efforts.
Provide forecasting information to assist Planning / Account Management to have the right stock available.
Maintain excellent customer and employee relations.
Attend Trade Shows.
Customer visits.
Use OnContact and other tracking systems.

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 10 years sales and/or customer service experience.
Assertive sales acumen; excellent sales and communication skills.
Ability to leverage relationships to grow business; track opportunities and prioritize to close new business.
Knowledgeable in Bemis product offerings.
Up to 50 travel.
