Independently responsible for execution of the orders.
Operation responsibility includes coordinating with the sourcing base, production units and buyers.
Handling communication with buyers.
Planning capacity and fixing production targets jointly with the production source.
Ensure smooth and timely execution of the orders.
Effective closure of all orders with proper sign off.
Quality other job responsibility includes thorough knowledge of cost and quality aspects.
Getting approval for style and fit samples, p.p samples, production samples, lab dips, accessories and trims.
Approvals up to shipment delivery.
Communicating to buying office through mail and phone.

Should have 4 to 9 years experience will be essential in garment / textile industry.
Candidate must be B Tech (Textiles), Graduate from NIFT.
Experience in merchandising and managing capability of market scenario.
Should be self driven, taking initiative and follow up from production to shipment.
Must be capable of handling a team of 5 - 10 people.
