The Candidates Responsibility : |
| |
Monitor daily production & maintain quality standards, stock control.
Reconciliation & handling MIS reports.
Working in coordination with the production managers, product Engineers to achieve Optimum Production; Fulfilling the Quality Pre - requisites.
Full control over the Q.C. Team working with the Technicians of the Buyers / Buying Agents to achieve Quality Targets.
Handling the work force at the shop floor & abilities to liaison with external agencies.
Have to coordinate the production supervisors.

The Candidates Eligibility : |
| |
Must have Minimum 10 years with minimum of two years in Managerial position.
Diploma in Textile Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in Textile Production (Cotton, Wood, Jute or Coir) required.
Sound knowledge of textile machinery and technology.
Good leadership and motivation skill.
Good communication and organizational skill.
Detail oriented and enthusiastic.
