Reconciliation & handling MIS reports.
Quality from cutting to dispatch including out sourcing like washing, embroidery, etc.
Should possess the leadership qualities to lead the employees as a team.
Expose to estimation advance planning and management technique will be added advantage.

Must have 7 to 8 years of relevant work experience with good leadership qualities and factory management skills.
Should hold an engineering or degree certificate with relevant experience.
Should have good planning exposure for business management.
Good leadership and motivation skill.
Good communication and organizational skill.
