Accurate and timely monthly payroll process and govt mandated remittances.
Maintain personnel files + training & development activities to build / enhance employee relations + review mid year & annual performance & appraisals.

Consolidate and prepare regular headcount, turnover and recruitment progress reports for mgmt review.
Network and mkt Co as an employer - of choice across recruitment channels, hhighlighting co values, culture & opportunity.
Review, plan, select and placement of HR to meet operational exigency & needs of busi units.
Provide recruitment strategy and coordinate the selection of candidates, serving as advisor & liaison to line managers.
Conduct orientation program for new employees ensuring that info including cos history, values, cultures, functions, roles, code of conduct, performance mgmt, and HR policies and procedures are clearly understood.
Also conduct exit interviews.
