Planning Organizing Monitoring and controlling of Yarn dyeing department - Setting Process parameters, standards, Q.c, Dyes & Chemical consumption & Costing etc.
Coordinating the daily activities with subordinates for smooth functioning of operations at the dept.
New Product developments.
Advance planning and verifying the availability of raw material.
Strategising and controlling the machine wise allocation of work force.
Responsible for cost management of dept.
Setting production targets.
Fulfilling requirements of weaving dept.
Planning and programming so as to achieve maximum productivity involving optimum resources.

At least 10 to 15 years of experience in similar function.
Graduate - B.S.C, Diploma in textile technology.
Good knowledge of production, production planning of Yarn Dyeing Department in good process house / cotton, Fabric Company.
Have sound technical knowledge in shade matching and all related activities.
Good communication and enthusiastic personality required.
Computer knowledge preferred.
