Concept, design and execute all creative projects for commercial team, overseeing coding when applicable.
Take an active role in proposing the best creative solutions for ASOS and its commercial partners.
Understand creative vision of the company as set by ASOS s creative team, making sure commercial work is in line with this vision.
Manage a creative schedule and prepare critical path for projects.
Raise workload / resource issues.
Manage freelance designers and coders as necessary.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all other departments.

Have minimum 4 to 7 years previous experience with reputed apparel retail organization.
An understanding of the fashion retail industry would be an advantage.
Superb layout and typography skills.
Fully conversant in Adobe Creative Suite 4.
Comfortable in designing for both print and digital media: a creative allrounder.
Versatile skills and styles as projects may either fit into the branded style of ASOS.com or follow the style / guidelines of another brand.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Excellent workload management skills.
Highly proactive.
