Operate knitting, Dyeing & Garments Units operation as Head of the plant operation.
Manage inter - section coordination between knitting, dyeing and knit garment sections.
Extensive coordination with management, marketing and production.
External coordination with supplier, subcontractor, buyer and other agencies.
Responsible for quality production of more than 1.5 million Garments per month.
Responsible for sustainable planning, timely production, in - time shipment, training and development.

Textile Engineer / B.Sc Engineer (Mechanical) or Masters in any discipline with a proven career track record in ensuring production management of any large Textile / garments / composite unit for minimum 15 years.
Experience in industrial leadership with motivation, negotiation and coordination skills.
Must have competence to work under pressure to meet deadline in any adverse situation.
Should have high level of foresightness to assess probable bottlenecks in advance and handle those in a professional manner with improvisation / innovation / ingenuinity.
This is a plant based position.
Incumbent must have mind - set of extensive traveling to plant location everyday or reside in plant residence.
Must be very good at computer skill & English.
