Handling front office work.
Maintaining dispatch correspondence/ Filing.
Manage visitors efficiently and handle guest relations.
Individual will be responsible for all coordinate in - house admin activities.
Will maintain document of front office and filing of documents.

Must have 1 to 3 years prior experience in relevant field.
Experience in Front Desk.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good communication skill and enthusiastic personality.
Smart, Intelligent and hardworking candidates are most welcome.
Should have excellent command over spoken and written English.
