Supervise a team of purchasing staff in our factory Changshu, Suzhou, China.
Be responsible for the purchase of raw material, machinery and equipment.
Provide professional service in all - round purchasing activities, including vendor selection and valuation, price negotiation, quality and standard compliance, inventory control and delivery management.
Work closely with Production, Warehouse, QC as well as Logistic departments in areas of material / machinery purchase & delivery schedule, quality and testing.
Obtain and review up - to - date market knowledge of pricing trends of materials and parts.
Implement and fine tune existing purchasing system.

Degree holder in Chemical Engineering or related disciplines.
3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in PRC environment.
Solid knowledge in sourcing machinery / machinery components.
Independent, self - motivated and able to work under pressure.
Experience in chemical industry is definitely an advantage.
Price sensitive with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English.
Station in our factory Changshu, Suzhou, China.
