Specialized in all kinds of sweater / pullover marketing & merchandising, quality control, sample development, consumption & costing, production and sourcing etc. with quick & right decision - making capacity and ability to process & execute large number of items, styles regularly with the knowledge of commercial functions.
Capable to handle the project (with 2000 knitting machine) from MARKETING to EXPORT independently as COO.
Direct all sales & marketing activities related to manufactured products.
Building critical relationships with the executive management of key customers.

Minimum 5 years as Executive Director or similar or General Manager in any reputable sweater factory & are used to handle the Branded Overseas Customer directly with the ability to coordinate a group of merchandisers, commercials & quality assurance officers with the marketing, production etc. for the project independently.
Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English.
Enough sourcing capability.
Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, word and excel is a must with the skill to produce reports for management and clients.
