The Candidates Responsibility : |
| |
Campus recruitment, induction training, performance appraisals and other HR activities.
Lead recruitment & training initiatives.
Performance assessment, running incentive program.
Compensation negotiations & benefits, development & motivation program.
Liaises and maintain good public relations with government officials and other outside agencies.
Managing & assisting in HR & Admin functional aspects.

The Candidates Eligibility : |
| |
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Sciences, General Management or other related fields.
At least 5 years experience in Human Resources Development (HRD) with 3 years experience in Managerial Level is a plus.
Knowledge of HRD - Learning & Development, BSC, KPI would be advantaged.
Good personality and human relations.
Good command of English.
