Candidate will be responsible for conceptualization of display ideas, designing displays, planning and implementation of display plans.
Will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the high standards of in-store merchandising across the store.
Understanding the taste and the requirement of the customer and suggesting him various design themes.
Meeting with the Architects & the Interior Designers to co-ordinate with them for their project requirements.
Responsible for Overall profitability of the store.
Inventory management; Shrinkage control management.
Ensuring best customer service & floor disciplines.

Should have at least 3 to 5 years prior experience in the same field.
An experience from reputed textile / garment company.
At least some experience in the field of sales.
Should be a pass out of a good institution.
Very good communication skills.
Design and aesthetic sense is required.
Creative, and familiar with Computer.
