The Candidates Responsibility : |

Conversant with local labour laws and policies related to HRM. Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management). Can handle payroll, wages and price rate system independently. Must conduct and plan training and orientations for staff and workers. Look after welfare and compensation matters. Must have capacity to handle over 4000 workers and staffs regarding HR matters. Must have Good Command in English, both written & verbal.

The Candidates Eligibility : |

Core experience with maintaining the Textile HR department with minimum 4 years of experience. MBA in HRM preferred. Preferably having experience of Home Textiles Industry. Should manage all the HR activities independently. Should be well versed with All HR activities - Recruitment, Training, Performance, Appraisals, Social, Accountability. Have good presentation & communication skills.
