Regular servicing of all sewing machines.
Regular maintenance of all sewing machines.
Provide instant service of sewing machines in accordance with Swing Floor In - charge / Supervisors according to the necessity of the Sewing Machine Operators.
Supervise Machine Layout Change.
Supervise carrying of sewing machines from and to Store Room.
Prepare weekly/ monthly report to provide at Admin & Maintenance Department.
Prepare weekly / monthly advance requisition for maintenance & servicing purpose and submit it to Admin & Maintenance Department.
Trained up maintenance department personnel.

Applicants should have 2 years experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Sewing).
Mechanical Diploma / Trade Course Pass required.
Hard Working.
Should be able to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems.
Should have through knowledge of Sewing Machine Mechanism & Operation.
Supervise Machine Layout Change.
Strong communication and servicing skill.
Detail oriented and enthusiastic.
