Must be able to ensure quality of Garments efficiently.
Should have working experience with multi curltural environment with leading the Quality Control Team.
Must have experience to work with world renowned buyers specially with European buyers.
Candidate should have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Establish and oversee all quality control procedures for established, leading global apparel brands.
Resolve quality related issues in production.
Implement the Traffic Light / SPC Quality Monitoring System.
In - depth, technical knowledge of AQL.
Ensuring Finishing Cutting Quality Control.
Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product and reduce returns.
Develop process to review customer test reports.

Having 3 to 5 years practical Managerial experience in planning, checking, follow - up, monitoring and reporting activities of Quality Control including European Buyers handling in a reputed group of garments industries / buying house.
Capable to work independently in a large team of Quality Control with multi curltural environment.
Should have depth knowledge in fabrics inspection & quality of knit Garments products.
Should have Knowledge on 04 point fabric inspection method & sound knowledge on knit Fabrics.
Proficiency in MS-Office and internet usage.
Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Bengali.
