The Candidates Responsibility : |
| |
Candidate will be responsible to lead a compliance team to monitor all compliance issues of the group.
Candidate will also have to report daily / weekly to top management on all compliance and HR status.
Candidate will also have to face all internal and external social, CTPAT and technical audits conducted on the group.
Managing & assisting in HR & Admin functional aspects.
Manpower planning, coordinating the training & development.
Statutory compliance, time office, bonus & settlement preparation, security admin.

The Candidates Eligibility : |
| |
Should have 5 experience in the following area(s): Compliance, HR, Security, Administration.
Candidate must be a Graduate from a reputed university in any discipline.
Legal Academic background will be an added preference.
Only males are allowed to apply.
Candidate must be familiar with social, CTPAT and technical audits conducted by international customers / representatives such as SGS, Walmart, Target, WRAP etc.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS word, MS Excel is a must.
