The Candidates Responsibility : |
| |
Ensure garments quality as per quality parameters & Buyer's direction.
Identify causes and suggest actionable steps to improve product quality and reduce numbers of returns and repairs of products.
Accomplished of doing inspection with AQL.
Monitoring the implementation of QA procedures of the factory.
Develop and improve QA procedures of the factory Quality dept.
Ensure quality of garments efficiently and lead the Quality Assurance Team independently.
To deal with the buyers independently for all quality assurance activities including quality control / audit, in line inspection, pre final and final inspection.

The Candidates Eligibility : |
| |
Minimum 10 years experience in relevant field wherein minimum 5 years in similar position in any reputed composite knit garments factory.
Experience in the following area(s): Quality Control / Audit.
Proven track record of handling reputed buyers.
Self - motivated and responsible.
Leadership quality in building a professional team for Quality Assurance.
Good command over spoken & written English.
