The Candidates Responsibility : |
| |
Work closely with designer / purchasers to Source, select and manage subcontractors and / or manufacturers.
Support material and accessory sourcing.
Coordinate and implement all detail of sample development from concept to final concept samples.
Provide inline QC of all production.
Demonstrate high level of ability to be confidential with sensitive information.
Assisting senior merchandiser in sampling, sourcing, and production.

The Candidates Eligibility : |
| |
BA in Textile / Garment or related field required with a minimum of 3 to 6 years of Textile / Garment experience.
Textile / Garment background with factory operation and management.
Understand Textile / Garment process, familiar with factory operation and management (Control quality in 4 steps: sample / industrial sample / head & mass production).
Excellent English communication a must.
Strong negotiation skill.
